Learning is a lifelong journey; here’s what I’ve done so far
International Baccaleaureate
My serious academic journey started when I graduated from the IB Diploma program in 2021. I selected a very heavily quantitative course load with Mathematics AA HL, Physics HL, Economics HL, and German B HL.
MSc Business Intelligence & Smart Services
As an extention to the data analytics courses in my BSc, I enrolled in the Business Intelligence and Smart Services programme at the University of Maastricht. Here, we focused on user-centred design thinking and cutting-edge business analytics. This, initially strange, combination also had a huge impact on my approach to software design.
BSc International Business Administration
I spent the next three years in Rotterdam studying International Business Administration. The IBA programme was incredibly varied to enable students to explore all aspects of management. In the end, I chose the quantitative option again, specializing in Analytical Decision-Making during my third year.
The Next Big Thing
What’s next? The world is a big place full of opportunities, but I am hoping to pick up the other parts of the IBA degree with a second MSc degree, this time specializing in Management.
